You are a very imaginative fellow.

Ugh ! No ! Indisciplined and lazy. I've had some really good ideas over the last few days but I can't seem to find a start, middle and end.

Well, today certainly the response to that should be "start at the beginning, go through the middle, and when you get to the end, stop."

But really, if that's what's happening, just put down the idea itself. Broken phrases will do. Then ask yourself who's involved, how did it get that way, why it's important, what will happen next, and build backwards and forwards that way? But write it down. Even if you can't think of more now, you might in a few months, or a few years, or use it in something else.

This is wonderful! I'm glad I didn't read about it being Rabbit Hole Day or think about what that meant in the title of your entry until after I read the story.

Love this line: "The anemic greens are supplemented with toasted acorns and walnuts and chestnuts, after appealing to the squirrels' sense of civic pride."
